Bradford-on-Avon, Christ Church
The Parish Church of Christ Church, Bradford-on-Avon is in the north of this small town at the junction of Bath Road (A363) and New Road (B3109). The church was built in the Victorian era on a hill away from the centre of this tourist destination. There doesn't appear to be any nearby parking but I did find a spot on New Road.
The ringing room is reached through a door in the outside of the tower and by climbing a concrete spiral staircase. There are two large arches, one looking outwards, the other overlooks the nave but was curtained off. There was seating for several people but space was tight.

I visited for the first time on Saturday 2nd July 2011 as the first tower [ 2nd, 3rd, 4rd, 5th, 6th ] of the Four Shires Guild annual outing.
I started by ringing bell #4 for some rounds and call changes and followed this by a touch of Stedman Triples on bell #3. I found both bells a bit light, or perhaps sensative and I cannot say that they sounded very melodious.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 8 bells with a tenor weighing 12-0-7 in A♭. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at Christ Church and some additional information is provided by Salisbury Diocesan Guild of Ringers.
