Ryton on Dunsmore, St Leonard
The Ryton on Dunsmore Parish Church of St Leonard is situated just north of the A45, a dual carriageway that divides the village. There is some roadside parking beside the churchyard on Church Road.
The ringing room is reached by climbing a short, 12 step, spiral staircase with brick treads. The ringing room has a wire mesh glass screen that looks over the nave.

My first visit was on Thursday 12th December 2013 as the first tower
[2nd,
3rd,
4th]
of the 290th Mid-week Outing
of the
Four Shires Guild.
I started by ringing up bell #5 followed by a touch of Grandsite Triples. Later I rang Plain Bob Major on bell #3.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 8 bells with a tenor weighing 9-3-6 in F#. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St Leonard.
The Coventry Diocesan Guild of Church Bellringers also have information on the Ryton-on-Dunsmore Parish Church of St Leonard.
