Hinton Waldrist, St Margaret
The parish Church of St Margaret, Hinton Waldrist is situated, appropriately enough, on the west side of Church Road in the north of the village. There is limited parking nearby.
The churchyard is quite small with Church road on the east side and the other three sides enclosed by trees. Ringing takes place on the ground floor with an arched door between the ringing room and the nave.

My first visit was on Thursday 17th October 2013 as the third tower
[1st,
2nd,
4th]
of the 288th Mid-week Outing
of the
Four Shires Guild.
I started by ringing up the Tenor followed a little later by a touch of Stedman Doubles on bell #4 and finished off with a touch of Plain Bob Minor on bell #5. Most enjoyable.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 6 bells with a tenor weighing 6-2-19 in Bb. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St Margaret and more information is provided by the Oxford Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers.
