I visited for the first time on Saturday 4th July 2009 as part of the Centenary celebrations of the Four Shires Guild of Bell Ringers. I rang up bell #6, rang the Tenor for a touch of Stedman Triples and ringing down bell #6. Both the bells that I rang were trouble free and rang nicely.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 8 bells with a tenor weighing 10-0-14 in G. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St David and additional information provided by The Gloucester & Bristol Diocesan Association of Church Bell Ringers.
